Justice

Yo its your boi Reid back at you with another blog! Today we are covering "justice". I believe that good citizens aid justice and help make it possible. People are not born into being good, it is a path they chose. Another factor I believe aids justice is courage. Sometimes to be able to stand up for what is fair and right you must be brave. Something that I think impedes justice is greed and selfishness. People think about what is best for them before they think about the people that are being affected. For example, back in the day, slaveholders fought to keep their slaves enslaved. They didn't care how much they suffered they just wanted it for themselves. Also I believe prejudice people harm justice. They judge and make their decision before they know anything. An example is the people of Maycomb county who believe that a black man who was accused of rape actually did it before they knew any of the facts. This is what harms justice.

Trip to LA

        Dearest Blog Enthusiasts,

Today we are covering what it means to be a witness and how I was transformed by our trip to LA.
In my opinion there are two types of witnesses, bystanders and allies. Bystanders are the ones who watch it happen and don't take action, and in the Holocaust case, let people die. Allies are the brave few who step and sacrifice their safe lives to save others. I am now a witness of the Holocaust and I have the choice if I want to take action and prevent the world from another Human Rights or other disaster in the future. The trip taught me what happens when the world doesn't try hard enough to become an ally and what can happen. I also enjoyed the lunch at the park and the bus rides. They were lots of fun.

Dear Blog friends,

This blog session we are building a time capsule for me. My time capsule itself would be a soft blanket.
My first item would be a lederhosen because I moved Austria at an early age.
My second item would be a picture of Europe as my ancestors once roamed the misty mountains.
My third item would be a picture of me because it is an accomplishment that I have lived this long.
My fourth item would be a plant specimen because I helped the world recover from the overtaking of the emus in 2017.

Warm Regards,

Salutation earnest bloggies,

This blog we will focus on motifs. Optimism is an important motif in both my life and in the glory field.
My family always sees the bright sides of things and we are always happy. We know that if we remain positive good things will come. Just like in the Glory Field, the characters stay optimistic through hardships.

Do I identify as a child of the west?

Salutations blog followers, today we are to focus on whether or not I am a child of the west. You know what, I think I am. I was born on the west coast and I have always lived on the west coast. I love the west and I proud to be a child of the west, that's just who I am. Another reason I am a child of the west is both of my parents were from the west just like me so my heritage says "child of the west".
That is all for this week friends.

Coming of Age

Dearest Blog Followers,

Today I am going to mix up the usual routine with the blogging experience. We are going to explore into the deepness of "coming of age". More specifically, this guy's coming of age…

It was a frosty summer morning in the British Colombia wilderness. I arose from my bed around the time of 6:30. I grabbed a small, buttery piece of wheat toast and hopped in my boat. I turned the key and I was off. I had never caught a salmon by myself (which is an unbelievable accomplishment for a child) before and that is what I planned to do that day. I raced another 30 minutes to the fishing grounds then I slowed down the boat and let out my lines. After a few minutes, I had my first bite. The line was peeling out of the reel, and then the line went slack. The fish was gone before I could pick up the rod. I was distraught. Then suddenly the other rod went off and the fish was even stronger than the first. I picked up the rod and slowly worked the fish to the boat. As it neared the boat, I realized the net was in the front of the boat. There was only one choice, I had to pull the fish up with my hand. I put my hand in the fishes gills and hauled it into the boat. When I finally killed the fish, this strange feeling came over me. It was nothing I had ever felt before. It was the feeling of becoming a man.
